Students can purchase Candy Grams ($1 each) beginning on Nov. 30.  Orders will be taken  through Dec. 11.  Candy Grams will be delivered to all students on Dec. 18.  Information flier coming home soon!

Nov. 30 through Dec. 11, PTSA will be selling Star Pops for $1 each. Fliers & order forms will be sent home tomorrow. Send your friends a Star pop & holiday message!! Additional order forms located in Student Services.  Delivery will be last period on Friday, Dec. 18th.

Food For No Collar Day

Tomorrow, Monday (11/23) is “Food for No Collar” day. Students are allowed to where a T-Shirt on Monday if they bring in a non-perishable food item for those who are less fortunate. Thanks for helping those less fortunate this Thanksgiving season!!

Open Gym Night -and- Family Fun & Science Night

Friday, Nov. 13 – Open Gym Night AND Family Fun & Science Night 👍
2 great events all rolled into 1 evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, Nov. 13!!   PTSA will be holding our first Open Gym Night of this school year.  Students are invited to meet in the gym to shoot some hoops, play volleyball and chill out with their friends.  Tickets ($5) are required for admission to Open Gym Night.  Tickets will be sold during lunch next week, Nov. 9 – 13.  No obligations (including the ETC Coupon Book) & student ID’s required.  Limited tickets available.  Pizza, snacks & drinks available for purchase ($1).  Informational flier coming home this Friday.
At the same time, join the school for a fun and educational evening in the Courtyard & Cafeteria.  There will be Nutrition & Oral Health Demonstrations, Games, Physical activities, Prizes and much more!  You can also check out science fair projects & demonstrations presented by the South Florida Science Museum.  Food trucks & snacks will be available too!
**20 to 25 VOLUNTEERS WILL BE NEEDED to assist PTSA and Coach Frazer’s team in making this school-wide event run smoothly.  If you are able to assist in any capacity, please email us at [email protected].  Thanks in advance for your help :)

Box Tops For Education, Fall Contest

The results are in…WOW!! Congratulations to Ms. Clark’s 5th period class for winning our Fall Box Tops for Education contest. Her class collected a whopping 874 box tops — great job!! The class will be receiving a Dunkin Donuts party & Ms. Clark will receive a $20 Office Depot gift card. A special shout out to Mr. Ehrlich’s class for collecting 659 box tops. Ms. Dyson’s class rounded out the top 3 with 326 box tops. We will have another contest in the Spring.

PTSA Membership Drive Contest

Congratulations to Ms. Edgeworth & Ms. Eisenberg’s 1st period classes!!! They were the co-winners of PTSA’s Membership Drive contest and will each be receiving a pizza party. Ms. Edgeworth had 80% of her class join and Ms. Eisenberg had 60%. Students, be sure to thank your parents/guardians for joining PTSA and enjoy your pizza!! Thank you to everyone who joined PTSA this year. So far this year, we’ve increased our membership by 46 members over last year. Woohoo!!!!
