This month, April, will be kind of quiet as we gear up for May and wrapping up the school year.  Upcoming things to be aware of…

* We are looking into the possibility of having another Open Gym Night.  We keep getting inquiries from the kids and are looking into scheduling and available dates.

* School Calendar advertising sales (deadline is 6/1)

* Teacher Appreciation Week (5/5 through 5/9)

* Mother’s Day cake sales (decorating on 5/9)

* Annual Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast (5/14)

* 8th Grade Dance (5/23)

* 8th Grade Good Luck Flowers & Giant Hershey Bars sales (delivery on 5/28)

* Athletic Banquet (5/29)

* Last day of school (6/5)

The CMMS Spring Dance was held last Friday night.  It was a smaller crowd than previous dances, but the kids had a terrific time.  Everyone enjoyed our awesome DJ and the kids enjoyed lots of (gasp) pizza, candy, soda & snow cones!!  It was a terrific way to wrap up our school dances!  Congratulations to our 3 raffle winners… Madison Ramtallie, Kristen Bache and Emily Mills (see Edline and FaceBook for pictures).  Many thanks to our parent/ grandparent/ student/ faculty volunteers…we could not have done it without YOU…  Anita & Ed Ford, Marco DelaRosa, Phyllis D’Alessandro, Ms. Edelman, Ms. Iglesias, Ms. Souverain, Mrs. T., Mrs. C, Mrs. Zimmer, Mr. Kulics and Mr. Curcio.   Your support of PTSA and the kids is much appreciated, as always :)
